COHA admitted to our facility after being trapped inside a warehouse for 1 day +. On admission, COHA presented as BAR, with great use of both wings and legs. Old wounds on head and cere scabbed over consistent with minor collision. Eye exam revealed small quantity of floating debris consistent with minor collision.
